For over 3 years now we have explored Web Design, Booking Engines, Property Management Software (PMS) and of course trying to avoid those ever so costly Travel Site fees.
The Albion, one of the Rubell Hotels properties is now one of our flagship websites. The Albion Hotel is located in the heart of South Beach on Lincoln Rd. Mall.. Android Wed has also been doing consulting for another one of the Rubell Hotels properties, The Capitol Skyline a 3 Star 200 room hotel located just five blocks for our capital in Washington, DC.
Consulting Approach
A hotel website is the front line of a hotel. There are two major sections of a hotel website the actual site and the Booking Engine. When a customer goes to a hotel website they typically browse around at pictures and maybe read some of the review or testimonials and then if satisfied makes a reservation. When the customer decides to make their reservation then the customer actually moves over to a third party booking engine. This move must be seamless and the booking engine must have the look and feel of the hotels website. After the customer makes the booking then the information is electronically sent to the PMS.
Android has successfully integrated The Albion with TravelClick, a third party booking engine. Travel Click ties into most major PMS Systems and is one of most highly regarded Booking Engines in the industry. The integration between the booking engine and the PMS must be seamless. The PMS manages all aspects of the actual hotel including reservations, restaurants, room service and all ad-on charges that customers charge to their room.
Android has consulted on behalf of Rubell Hotels with all major PMS software firms and understands the details of PMS systems, booking engines and of course the granular details of commissions / premiums that hotels face. In addition, we understand all major aspects from integration to implementation of hotel software, PMS systems, Website bookings, Third Party Travel Site Fees and of course detailed information about any and all internal hotel systems.

The Android CMS on this site is truly second to none! This admin panel is very robust and is scalable to handle a Real large Estate brokerage house. Websites can be created from the CMS for individual agents. Each agent is then tracked via a custom built Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Each agents can be assigned leads and are tracked from inception to close. This site a built in Multi Level Security (MLS) meaning the administror can restrict access by user. For example the receptionist should not be looking at other employee commissions but he or she can put in leads.. We have built in a custom MLS per user restriction functionality.
